Terms of service
Last updated 1 January 2026
By using Hathi you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and honest.
The service
Hathi is a personal assistant that operates inside your messaging apps (WhatsApp and iMessage). It plans, books, researches and remembers on your behalf. It is a tool, not a person, and can make mistakes — always confirm anything important.
Your plan
One plan, £12 per month, billed via Stripe. It includes a fair-use cap of 1,500 messages per calendar month. If you approach the cap, Hathi tells you in chat; nobody is cut off silently. You can cancel any time from your dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Payment problems
If a payment fails, we retry over a 7-day grace period and Hathi keeps working. If it still can't be collected, the subscription pauses — your memory is kept safe for 90 days so you can pick up where you left off.
Acceptable use
Don't use Hathi for anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that do. You can stop messages on any channel instantly by replying STOP; this is independent of your subscription.
Your data
We never train models on your messages. See our privacy policy for how we store, export and erase your data.
